The Cherryhill Township Fire Company was recently featured Kaleidoscope The Series. The feature explored the founding of Cherryhill Fire in 1951, our history, the challenges faced by the volunteer fire service, the variety of roles needing volunteers in the fire service, how to become a volunteer, the benefits of becoming a volunteer and the importance of volunteers to strengthen the community.

Cherryhill Fire Company believes everyone has a skill that can be utilized to strengthen our fire company. Be it firefighting, fundraising, facilities maintenance skills, vehicle maintenance skills, grounds keeping skills, clerical skill, public relations/community outreach skills, financial planning and fiscal management skills, grant writing skill, food services skills, or custodial skills we encourage you to inquire about joining our team. We also have specialized memberships for those who may not be able or willing to fight actual fire, but can serve as driver operators of our vehicles, or have specialization in other areas that are critical to overall emergency response operations.

We think Chris and Sarah Cameron from Camron Video for featuring Cherryhill Township Volunteer Fire Company and increasing awareness of the importance of the volunteer fire service to our region and the need for citizens to support and become involved with their local volunteer fire company.
