Four additional Cherryhill Township firefighters completed the annual Hazardous Materials Operations Refresher course. Firefighters trained to the Hazardous Materials Operations level can perform defensive tactics to mitigate hazardous incidents. The course focuses on safety of the responders, identification of materials and considerations for managing and mitigating a hazardous materials incident. Firefighters completing the training program March 20 included John Rainey, Chris King, Jim Lohr and Jason Geneva. There are now fifteen Cherryhill Township firefighters who completed the refresher training this month.
